Finally, we are in a place with consistent internet! I’m busy uploading all of the data so far and arranging it for viewing on the website. The first entry is for Windy City Parrot. Remember, we are visiting bird stores along the way as well and asking questions that people wanted answers to. We took the 21 most frequently requested questions from our facebook page and I compiled them into a questionnaire using my iPad. At each location visited I browse the store and fill out the questionnaire, and generally interview the store owner as well, if possible.

Windy City Parrot is a small store, so a lot of the answers are not available, or N/A as they pertain to activities that Windy City does not offer – like the sale or boarding of birds. Photos are also limited due to the small physical location of the store.

Oh – heads up, if anyone wants to visit Windy City, you probably have to walk around the corner and walk to the store, as parking is limited. Also, tell them The Roaming Parrot sent you!
